Sananga eyedrops are a sacred and potent medicine used by the Amazonian tribes for healing of both the physical and spiritual bodies. “Sananga” colloquially can be a generic name for juices in the format of eye drops from different plants, particularly from the two plants “Tabernaemontana Sananho” and “Tabernaemontana Undulata” which are in the “milkwood” “dogbane” family.
This beautiful medicine is part of my daily ritual, incorporating breath, ice and Sananga as embodiment practices. Our deepest challenges are the pathway to our greatest triumphs, and living our fullest lives. On the other side of every challenge is a beautiful lesson waiting to be received – but the ego often gets in the way of our ability to fully surrender to this. We tend to resist and fall into negative patterns that keep us trapped in low vibrations, anxiety, and discomfort. This is where we get stuck. This practice empowers us to choose how we respond to each moment in life and break free from patterns, allowing us to receive and create more joy, happiness and love.
As we surrender, we unlock deeper levels of consciousness and inner knowing, opening ourselves up to the limitless possibilities of the universe. We learn to ride the wave of surrender with love, instead of being held back by fear. This allows us to move through the beautiful mystery of the unknown, and all that is life, to access the beauty that exists in the here and now, and opens us up to future possibilities waiting for us. It allows us to strengthen our connection with our higher selves, and allow our intuition to receive the highest truth.
